Every year, on April 22nd, we are reminded of just how important our planet is to us. Earth Day is a celebration of our home in the universe, and gives us a chance to do a little something to improve upon our environment.
I hope that everyone will take the opportunity to do something good for the Earth today. It doesn’t matter how small of a gesture… Whether you write a post on your blog promoting environmental awareness, plant a tree, recycle those old newspapers or soda cans that have been sitting in the garage, LOL.
Just do something, because every little bit helps!

As for me, I’ve got two amazingly wonderful sweetie pies! My daughter is now saying “Happy Vines Day”, and my husband gave me the most delicious looking box of chocolates - actually, it looks just like the one in the picture above. I can’t wait to devour them, lol.

Another new year is upon us, and I’d like to wish you all a wonderful year in 2008!
One of my favorite parts of of a new year is that it feels like the start of, well, something new. A fresh start, so to speak. I know that I plan to take advantage of that opportunity - I hope you do as well!
